Accreditation Center definition

Accreditation Center means the Borrower’s Accreditation Center in conformity assessment of products established as a public legal entity to evaluate products’ conformity, in accordance with the Borrower’s Governmental Decree No. 1646 dated December 31, 2003;

  • The evaluation form will be kept at the Accreditation Center and will be available to the Accreditation Center and Commission to increase the communication and integrity of the program.

  • By signing this “Accreditation Agreement” the Accreditation Center and the Conformity Assessment Body agree and certify to conscientiously fulfil the rights and obligations imposed on them by the relevant standards, Georgian legislation, including the “Accreditation Rules and Procedures” and this agreement.

  • Ensure that the relevant condition is reflected in the agreement with the customer / subcontractor, which will allow the Accreditation Center, if necessary, to conduct an on-site visit to the customer to assess the activities of such a conformity assessment body in order to obtain the necessary information.

  • Provide the records of relevant activities, including video and/or other recordings upon request of the Accreditation Center.
