  • The Accounting Agent shall create and maintain all records relating to its activities and obligations under this Agreement in such a manner as will meet the obligations of the Trust under the 1940 Act, specifically Section 31 thereof and Rules 31a-1 and 31a-2 thereunder.

Related to Accounting Agent

  • Accounting Date means the thirtieth day of June in each year and any interim date on which the financial statements of the Trust are drawn up. Provided that the Management Company may, with the written consent of the Trustee and after obtaining approval from the Commission and the Commissioner of Income Tax may change such date to any other date and such change shall be intimated to the Commission.

  • Information Agent The meaning specified in Section 14.16.

  • Accounting Reference Date means 31 December of each year.

AMA format is contained in the Automated Message Accounting document published by iconectiv (formerly known as Telcordia) as GR-1100-CORE, which defines and amends the industry standard for message recording.

  • Calculation Agent Agreement means the Calculation Agent Agreement dated as of May 18, 2018 between the Company and the Calculation Agent, as amended from time to time.
