Accountabilities definition

Accountabilities means a set of responsibilities for which an individual, or group of individuals, is accountable to another individual or group of individuals. For example, the Board is accountable to the Shareholders of the Corporation for effective governance.
Accountabilities means AccountAbilities, Inc. and all of its respective officers, directors, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries and otherwise affiliated companies, agents, employees, contractors, attorneys, insurance companies, and any other person or entity who is or may be liable for any payments or damages that ▇▇▇▇▇ alleges may have occurred as a result of the Dispute between the Parties, as defined in sections 1.04 and 1.05 below.

Related to Accountabilities
