Account Holder / Customer definition
Account Holder / Customer means the entity named in the application form having relationship with the Bank. Any reference to the Account Holder in this Agreement will mean the Authorized Signatories / Attorneys/ Authorized Users of the Account or an action to be performed by the Authorized Signatories / Attorneys/ Authorized Users of the Account Holder.
