Account Growth definition

Account Growth means, with respect to any calendar year, (i) the total number of Accounts on December 31 of the calendar year minus the total number of Accounts on January 1 of the calendar year, this amount divided by (ii) the total number of Accounts on January 1 of the calendar year. This quotient shall be rounded to the nearest one-tenth (1/10) of one percent.
