Account Codes definition

Account Codes means the username and password given by the Company to the Client for accessing the Company’s electronic systems.
Account Codes means, the unique codes which the Client will determine to enable his/her access to the trading platform.
Account Codes means the username and password given by the Company to the client for accessing the Agreement means these Agreement and other policies for the Services offered by the Company as the same be in force from time to time and modified or amended from time to time.

  • The Client acknowledges that the Company bears no responsibility if unauthorized third persons gain access to information, including electronic addresses, electronic communication, personal data and Account Codes when the above are transmitted between the parties or any other party, using the internet or other network communication facilities, post, telephone, or any other electronic means.

  • For costs accumulated in Account Codes which are for services of a general nature that cannot be directly assigned or distributed, the method or methods of allocation are also set forth.

  • If the Company is informed from a reliable source that the Client’s Account Codes may have been received by unauthorized third parties, the Company may, at its discretion without having an obligation to the Client, deactivate the Client Account.

Related to Account Codes

  • Account Application or “Application” shall mean the application, as may be amended from time to time, by which this Agreement is established between the Depositor (or following the death of the Depositor, the Beneficiary) and the Custodian. The statements contained therein shall be incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Account Information means any information relating to the Account including without limitation to the Account number, Account balance or value, gross receipts, withdrawals and payments to or from the Account.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Account Data means: any business contact information provided with the Account; RingCentral-generated logs of calling or other metadata developed or collected in the provision of the Services; configuration data; and records of Digital Lines and any Services purchased under this Agreement.

  • Account Records is defined in Section 1(a)(i) of the Administration Agreement.
