Accordia definition

Accordia means Accordia Life and Annuity Company and its predecessor and successor entities, affiliates and assignees.
Accordia means defendant Accordia Life and Annuity Company and its predecessor and successor entities, affiliates and assigns (including but not limited to its New York-licensed affiliate First Allmerica Financial Life Insurance Company, which insures or reinsures policies exclusively in New York in lieu of Accordia).
Accordia has the meaning specified in the introduction to this Agreement.
