The Employer and Union will comply with all relevant federal and state laws, regulations and executive orders and with the provisions of University of Washington Administrative Policy Statement 46.5 on Reasonable Accomodation of Employees With Disabilities.
KDOT shall not be liable for damage to any utility not installed in the location authorized by any permit or agreement issued pursuant to the Utility Accomodation Policy.
