Accommodator Lenders definition
Accommodator Lenders means those of the Administrative Agent and the other Lenders who agree to make available any part of the Accommodator Credit Facility, pursuant to the terms of the Accommodator Agency Agreement of even date herewith.

Each Person included in the Term "Borrowers" hereby unconditionally and irrevocably guaranties to the Administrative Agent in its role as administrative agent for the Accommodator Lenders the obligations of the Accommodator Borrowers under the Accommodator Facility; provided, however, that recourse to the assets of any of the Borrowers by the Accommodator Lenders shall be limited to any excess proceeds from the exercise of the Lenders' remedies after payment in full of all Obligations to the Lenders.
