Accommodation Works definition

Accommodation Works means all works necessary to ensure that:
Accommodation Works means those parts of the New Works specified in Appendix 1/15 to Part 4 of Schedule 2 (New Works Requirements); Accommodation Works Access Tracks means the roads described under the heading ‘Accommodation Works Access Tracks’ in Appendix D to Part 2 of Schedule 2 (New Works Requirements); Accommodation Works Site means any areas of land outwith the New Works Site that the Company reasonably requires to occupy to construct the Accommodation Works; Additional Permitted Borrowing means on any date, the amount equal to any amount of principal outstanding under the Senior Financing Agreements (as the same may from time to time be amended, whether or not with the approval of the Scottish Ministers) in excess of the amount of principal scheduled under the Senior Financing Agreements at Financial Close to be outstanding at that date, but only to the extent that:

Examples of Accommodation Works in a sentence
