Accommodation Reservation definition
Accommodation Reservation means permission to the DE of the land which is required for public amenities in the overall layout plan, to use the potential of a plot in the form of built space guided by the requisite FAR-bonus, in addition to the area required by the amenity, in lieu of the cost of land and built-up space of such amenity to be transferred to the concerned local body, in accordance with the provisions of the MPD-2021.
