Accommodation Portal means the University’s online system through which Students apply for accommodation; Additional Charges: means the charge or charges which are imposed on the University or Occupier as a consequence of the Occupiers’ occupation of the Block/Hall and applied to rectify damage to the property, fixtures or fittings.

Examples of Accommodation Portal in a sentence

  • Online acceptance - means the acceptance completed within the Accommodation Portal which students have access once an accommodation offer has been made, via their ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ University login, and must complete as a part of this Agreement.

  • If you are due to arrive on 20 September 2025 and wish to take up occupancy before that date, you may submit an Early Arrival request via the UCL Accommodation Portal to arrive as early as 13 September 2025.
