Accommodation Loan definition

Accommodation Loan means a performing Senior Mortgage Loan that is originated by either Seller or an Affiliate of Seller and secured by a first mortgage lien on one or more multifamily or commercial properties owned either by Seller or an Affiliate of Seller, and characterized under the applicable provisions of this Agreement, as either a Like-Kind Exchange Accommodation Loan or a Conduit Accommodation Loan. Each Accommodation Loan shall, at all times, be serviced in accordance with the Accommodation Loan Servicing Agreement and must satisfy all of the applicable requirements set forth Exhibit VI, including, without limitation, the requirement in Section 42 thereof that the borrower thereunder be “Single Purpose Entity”, as such term is defined therein.
Accommodation Loan means a Loan requested by the Borrowers and advanced by a Lender at such Lender’s sole discretion in an amount, together with all other Loans advanced by such Lender, not to exceed such Lender’s Commitment.

Examples of Accommodation Loan in a sentence

  • In the event the Company and the Lenders extend the maturity of the Accommodation Loan from one year to 18 months pursuant to Section 2.2(c) of the Loan Agreement, the Exercise Period of the Warrant will automatically extend to the 18 month anniversary of the date of the Warrant.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Titan Loan shall be serviced by the Servicer set forth in the Accommodation Loan Servicing Agreement.
