ACCO Plan definition

ACCO Plan means any employee benefit plan, program, policy, practice or other arrangement providing benefits to any current or former employee, officer or director of ACCO or any of its Subsidiaries or any beneficiary or dependent thereof that is sponsored or maintained by Fortune or ACCO or any of its other ERISA Affiliates or other Subsidiaries or to which Fortune or any of its ERISA Affiliates or other Subsidiaries contributes or is obligated to contribute, whether or not written, including any employee benefit plan within the meaning of Section 3(3) of ERISA (whether or not such plan is subject to ERISA) and any bonus, incentive, deferred compensation, vacation, stock purchase, stock option, equity or equity-based compensation, severance, termination, employment, change of control or fringe benefit plan, program or agreement.
