ACCM means the Aboriginal Catholic Ministry Melbourne (by whatever name called) which is a non-government not-for-profit organisation auspiced by the Catholic Archdiocese' of Melbourne, and concerned with the spiritual, cultural and social development of people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander decent.
