By September 14, 2018, the assessor chosen by the Recipient will create and provide the Recipient with the Accessibility Report, which will include any barriers found and the steps the Recipient must take to ensure compliance with the 2010 Standards and program accessibility requirements.
Within 60 days of receiving the Accessibility Report from the assessor, the Recipient will provide OCR, for review and approval, an accessibility plan (Accessibility Plan) to achieve compliance and remove any barriers found, which will include projected dates of completion.
OCR will review the Accessibility Report and notify the Recipient of any remaining concerns.
The CCR&R organization shall develop and maintain a directory of community resources which, at a minimum, contains parent education programs in accordance with Rule 6M-9.300(7)(a)(b)(c), F.A.C. The CCR&R organization shall annually submit to DEL an Accessibility Report and Family Engagement and Community Outreach Plan, no later than the last business day in August, pursuant to Rule 6M-9.300(4)(a), F.A.C.
