Access stairs definition

Access stairs means the 61st Street Access Stair and the 62nd Street Access Stair, also identified as Outdoor Landscaped Areas I and II, respectively, as reflected in Drawings Z-7 and Z-12 that provide public access to the Central Plaza, consisting of the 61st Street Access Stair and the 62nd Street Access Stair.
Access stairs means an open-design structure or ladder affixed in a parallel fashion to an existing authorized wall, bulkhead or revetment or a stairway constructed landward into an existing wall or revetment, which is used solely for pedestrian access from the upland to the shoreline, and which is accessory to a residential property.
