Access Revocation. Upon termination or expiration, the User’s right to access or use the Software ceases, and Pharos Health may disable the User’s account. • Post-Termination Data Access: The User will have 14 days to export any available site-specific reports or User Data from the Software (subject to the functionalities provided). After this period, Pharos Health may permanently delete or otherwise render inaccessible any User Data.
