Access Programme definition

Access Programme means, with respect to the Product for the Primary Indication (as hereinafter defined), (i) the donation of Product free-of-charge, or; (ii) the transfer of the Product at a published price agreed with WHO, UNAIDS or the World Bank, in each case to non-governmental organisations or other public health bodies or charities, for administration to individuals in countries designated by the World Bank as belonging to the poorest, a current list of which countries is hereby attached hereto as Schedule 1(1).
Access Programme means activities that are specifically targeted at persons in groups that are underrepresented in the labour market, or at disadvantaged or severely disadvantaged workers, or at any combination of the three, and designed to advertise the availability of posts in an enterprise and to recruit workers in those groups into an enterprise;

Examples of Access Programme in a sentence

  • A close working relationship exists between Dundee and Angus College and the SWAP (Scottish Wider Access Programme), enabling adult returners to access Degree level study in the areas of Science, Nursing and Humanities.
