Access Powers definition

Access Powers means the Client’s access powers under Schedule 3 of the Telecommunications Act (if applicable). Agreement means this Access Networks Subcontractor Agreement and its schedules, as amended by the parties in writing from time to time. Appointment means an appointment with a customer of the Client to provide any part of the Works.
