Access path definition

Access path means a pervious path designed, constructed, and maintained pursuant to the “Coastal Riparian Buffer Guidance Manual” that provides for access to water-dependent uses through the buffer and takes the route that impacts the natural vegetation of the buffer to the least extent possible.
Access path means a means of access across the parkway, from the curb to the sidewalk, consisting of a up to 24” wide hardscape paving material access path at the same finished elevation as the adjacent curb and sidewalk and sloped 2% toward the curb.
Access path means a single path of not more than eight (8) feet in width formed of natural materials that are not permanent in nature for pedestrian or motor vehicle access to a Dock.

  • Failure of the Permittee to apply for and obtain the required Dock Permit prior to commencing any construction, replacement, modification, or substantial repair of a Dock, Dock Cover, Electricity, or Access Path will result in the Permittee’s required removal of the same and restoration of the state property at the Permittee’s expense.

  • If a Permittee uses a Motor Vehicle that is not approved by the Chief, the Chief shall revoke any Annual Access Path stickers issued to the Permittee and fine the Permittee up to five hundred dollars ($500.00).

  • If the Permittee does not remove the Dock, Dock Cover, Electricity, Access Path, and/or Watercraft and restore the state park land within the time required by the Division, the Division may cause that removal and restoration at the Permittee’s expense.

  • After the initial Dock Permit is issued and approved as compliant, before any additional construction, replacement, modification or substantial repair of a Dock, Dock Cover, Electricity, or Access Path is commenced, a new Application for a new Dock Permit must be approved by the Division.

  • The issuance of an Annual Dock Permit shall not authorize the construction, replacement, modification, substantial repair, or removal of any Dock, Dock Cover, Electricity, and/or Access Path.

  • Upon completion of the construction, replacement, modification and/or repair of a Dock, Dock Cover, Electricity, and/or Access Path the Permittee shall notify the Division at the Park Office.

  • If this Application is to acquire and maintain a previously permitted Dock, Dock Cover, Electricity, and/or Access Path, without replacement, modification, or substantial repair (i.e. repair to the extent that the repair alters the original construction), then the information in section 4 is not required, and the information submitted with the prior approved Permit Application will be used for this Application.

  • In the event a Dock, Dock Cover, Electricity, or Access Path is, in the opinion of the Division, in such disrepair as to create a danger to public safety, the Permittee, upon request of the Division, shall either remove the Dock, Dock Cover, Electricity, or Access Path, and restore the state property, or submit an application for a Dock Permit to make the appropriate substantial repair or replacement.

  • If the application is denied or if the Permittee fails to take the required action within the time required by the Division, the Division may cause the Dock, Dock Cover, Electricity, Access Path, and/or Watercraft to be removed and the state property restored at the Permittee’s expense.

  • The Permittee must have a valid, current Annual Access Path sticker for each Motor Vehicle approved to use the Access Path.

Access path means the connection from the NTU/ONT in the End User’s premises to the Point of Handover, including the MDF (for metallic) and the ODF (for fibre) in the Exchange, and (for virtual access) the WEIL at the serving Aggregation Node for the End User, i.e., at the MPoP.
