Access Party definition

Access Party shall have the same meaning as in the Declaration.
Access Party has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(a). “Accredited Offeree” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.07(a).
Access Party has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.2(a).
