Access organization means any nonprofit organization
Access organization or “PEG Access Organization” means any nonprofit organization designated or selected by the Director to oversee the development, operation, supervision, management, production, or cablecasting/broadcasting of programs on any Access Channel(s); and which acquires and maintains Access Facilities and Equipment.
