access order definition

access order means an order of any court, including the High Court, which confers, expressly or impliedly, rights of access to a minor upon a parent who does not have the custody of that minor;
access order means an order made under section 148 of this Act;
access order means the access order which has been signed by the Customer or otherwise accepted by the Customer and under which IntelligenceBank offers to provide the Customer with the Services on the terms of the Agreement.
