Access Management Plan definition

Access Management Plan means a roadway design plan that designates access locations and their design for the purpose of bringing those portions of roadway included in the access management plan into conformance with their access category to the extent feasible.
Access Management Plan means a facility plan adopted by the Oregon Transportation Commission in coordination with affected local governments for managing access on a designated section of highway or within the influence area of an interchange. An access management plan may establish a unique access plan and access management standards for the designated section of highway or influence area of an interchange, and may be more stringent than standards adopted under OAR 734-051-4020. Access Management Plan means the access management plan for Poinciana Parkway with access to the Osceola Project Area being initially limited to fourteen (14) access points, four (4) full and nine (9) partial intersections plus the Cypress Parkway Intersection with access to the Poinciana Toll Road being initially limited to a private driveway and one signalized intersection near its southern limit. Access to the Polk Project Area is initially limited to a major signalized intersection at U.S. 17/-92, two additional signalized intersections and three (3) unsignalized access points spaced to preserve the transportation capacity of the controlled access facility, all as depicted on Appendix B attached hereto.
