Access Identifiers definition

Access Identifiers mean a login and password specified by the Customer or assigned to him/her by the system during the registration process, and which the Customer uses to log in to “My Account”. 1.17. Verification means the process of establishing the compliance of the Customer’s identity with the passport details he/she provided to the Company. 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS 2.1. These Terms and Conditions establish the procedure, terms and conditions for the Company to provide and for the Customer to use products and services through “My Account” on the official Company website.

Examples of Access Identifiers in a sentence

  • The Client is fully responsible, and PayPoint shall bear no liability, for all activities that occur under its Access Identifiers, regardless whether such activities are authorised or unauthorised, or whether they are conducted by the Supervisor or Users or by third parties unless such activities are directly attributed to the fraudulent or negligent acts or omissions of PayPoint.

  • The Client remains responsible for maintaining the secrecy and the security of the Access Identifiers provided by Network.
