The Client is fully responsible, and PayPoint shall bear no liability, for all activities that occur under its Access Identifiers, regardless whether such activities are authorised or unauthorised, or whether they are conducted by the Supervisor or Users or by third parties unless such activities are directly attributed to the fraudulent or negligent acts or omissions of PayPoint.
The Client remains responsible for maintaining the secrecy and the security of the Access Identifiers provided by Network.
