Access Agent definition

Access Agent. An Access Agent is a user [or Non-Human Operated Device] that (i) cannot be uniquely identified and/or (ii) can only access the Product or an application which accesses the Product for less than two (2) hours a week.
Access Agent. An Access Agent is a process that handles requests through use of the Product or through an application which accesses the Product.

Area: The lands in a described geographic area that are managed and/or protected by the Parties within this Agreement.

  • Authorized Agent means an agent who is legally authorized to bind the Seller under the law of the State in which the Seller is legally organized. An Authorized Agent must sign all documents in the Bid Packet on behalf of the Seller. Under Oklahoma law, the Authorized Agent for each of the following types of entities is as stated below:

  • Agent means any Registrar or Paying Agent.

  • Collateral Access Agreement means a landlord waiver, bailee letter, or acknowledgement agreement of any lessor, warehouseman, processor, consignee, or other Person in possession of, having a Lien upon, or having rights or interests in Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’ books and records, Equipment, or Inventory, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

  • Landlord Access Agreement means a Landlord Access Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit G, or such other form as may reasonably be acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

  • Control Agent has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Acceptable Collateral means any of the following assets of Borrower, if (x) held in or credited to any Collateral Account subject to a first priority Lien under the applicable Security Agreement and (y) the Collateral Requirement has been satisfied with respect thereto:

  • Fiscal Agent means the Fiscal Agent, if any, designated pursuant to the terms of the Policy.

  • Second Lien Administrative Agent shall have the meaning assigned to the term “Administrative Agent” in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Bailee Letter has the meaning assigned to such term in the Custodial Agreement.

  • Phone/Electronic Transaction Security Procedures means security procedures for Phone/ Electronic Transactions as provided in writing to the Underwriter.
