Accepts Direction. The word “direction” as used here is synonymous with such words as supervision, training, and instruction. Does the employee demonstrate that they accept the direction by carrying it out to the best of their ability? Does the employee chronically challenge supervision, instruction, or orders? Does the employee accept direction but complain about it to fellow employees?
