Accepted Invoice definition
Accepted Invoice means an Invoice for which the Factor performs Financing Operations or Non-Payment Risk Coverage Operations, assigned by the Adherent together with any and all rights and claims corresponding to that Invoice.
Accepted Invoice means an Invoice on which Client has received notice of acceptance from the Factor.
Examples of Accepted Invoice in a sentence
Within 45 days after the end of the month in which an Accepted Invoice (as defined below) is posted to Newmont’s Electronic Procurement System, Newmont shall pay the Supplier all undisputed amounts invoiced.
Factor shall advise Client of its acceptance or rejection of a submitted Invoice within a reasonable time following receipt of the items set out in the preceding paragraph (the "Accepted Invoice").
