Acceptance Review definition

Acceptance Review identifying compliance of Deliverables as set out in Services Requirements and Implementation Plan and as to be further defined and agreed in accordance with clause 6 of the Contract.
Acceptance Review means each of: the BMA Initial Acceptance Review; the BMA EvO System Integration Acceptance Review; the BMA Final Acceptance Review; the Training Acceptance Review referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 3 of Schedule 4 (Assurance Process); the ILS Acceptance Review referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 4 of Schedule 4 (Assurance Process); the Health, Safety and Environmental Acceptance Review referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 5 of Schedule 4 (Assurance Process); the Security Management Acceptance Review referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 6 of Schedule 4 (Assurance Process); where the relevant Option becomes an Exercised Option: the OFT Review referred to in paragraph 1.3 of Part 7 of Schedule 4 (Assurance Process); the OFT Training Acceptance Review referred to in paragraph 1.4 of Part 7 of Schedule 4 (Assurance Process); the Review referred to in paragraph 3.1 of Part 7 of Schedule 5 (Acceptance Procedures); the Review referred to in paragraph 4.1.1 of Part 7 of Schedule 5 (Acceptance Procedures); the Review referred to in paragraph 4.3.1 of Part 7 of Schedule 5 (Acceptance Procedures); the Review referred to in paragraph 4.4.1 of Part 7 of Schedule 5 (Acceptance Procedures), together with such other Review as may be agreed or determined as an Acceptance Review as part of an approved Change and/or being an approved Task Order;
Acceptance Review means the acceptance review pursuant to the provision of the Framework Statement of Work (Annex II) and the relevant specific contract statement of work.

Examples of Acceptance Review in a sentence

  • The Acceptance Review Period shall begin on the date that Service Provider provides written notification to DIR that the Milestone Deliverable is ready to be reviewed by DIR.

  • During the Acceptance Review Period, DIR and DIR Customers shall review and may further test each Milestone Deliverable, individually and collectively, to determine whether such item(s) contain any type of Noncompliance.

  • At any time prior to (i) the date of successful completion of the In-Orbit Acceptance Review for the first Satellite or, if that does not occur, then (ii) the date when the Borrower executes the Assignment of Insurance Proceeds, the Contract is terminated or suspended or the Borrower or the Supplier repudiates the Contract, or the Borrower or Supplier defaults in the observance or performance of any of the material covenants or agreements contained in the Contract.

  • Upon completion of UAT, the OCCL will conduct a System Acceptance Review (SAR) to assess whether the systems, documentation, and training are adequate to allow OCCL to declare the systems fully operational and accepted.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the applicable plan, the Acceptance Review Period for Milestone Deliverables identified as Interim Milestones (in the Transition Plan or the Transformation Plan) shall be ten (10) days.

  • If DIR or DIR Customer does not identify any Noncompliance relating to a Milestone Deliverable during its Acceptance Review Period, DIR or DIR Customer shall inform Service Provider in writing that the Milestone Deliverable is Accepted, subject to the other provisions of this Agreement.
