Acceptance of Award: This Award is contingent on the Participant’s acceptance of the Award in the manner and within the time period established by the Corporation.
This Agreement (including the related Acceptance of Award located on the Plan administrator’s website, which is fully incorporated herein) and the Plan contain the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter contained in this Agreement, and supersede all prior written or oral communications, representations and negotiations in respect thereto.
Acceptance of Award: The Award shall not be payable unless it is accepted by the Participant and notice of such acceptance is received by the Corporation.
Subject to and upon the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth in the Plan and this Agreement (including the related Acceptance of Award located on the Plan administrator’s website, which is fully incorporated herein), the Company hereby grants to the Grantee as of the Date of Grant, the total number of share units (the “Restricted Share Units”) set forth above.
By executing the Receipt and Acceptance of Award letter dated July 20, 2001, accompanying this Agreement, the Employee acknowledges that he or she has received a copy of this Agreement and has had an opportunity to review this Agreement and agrees to be bound by all the terms and provisions hereof.
