Acceptance of Award. This Award is contingent on the Participant’s acceptance of the Award in the manner and within the time period established by the Corporation. The Award shall be forfeited without further action by the Corporation and shall not be payable if it is not accepted by the Participant in the manner and within the time period established by the Corporation.

Acceptance of Award. By clicking on the “ACCEPT” box on the “Accept Grant” page, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan (“RSU Terms”). The Company’s issuance to you of the RSUs is conditioned upon your timely acceptance of the RSU Terms. Please promptly indicate your acceptance as soon as possible, but in no event later than 30 days following the Grant Date noted above (the “Acceptance Deadline”). Acceptance of Award. By signing where indicated above, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Performance Stock Option Award Agreement (the “Agreement”) and the 1996 Equity Participation Plan of Viasat, Inc. (as amended from time to time, the “Plan”).
