Acceptance Loans definition

Acceptance Loans is not made on any date specified in a notice of prepayment given by such Borrower; or (v) as a consequence of (x) any other default by such Borrower to repay its Loans when required by the terms of this Agreement or any Note held by such Bank or (y) any election made pursuant to Section 1.10(b).
Acceptance Loans. (exclusive of Bankers' Acceptance Loans which have theretofore been funded) shall no longer be available until such time as the Administrative Agent notifies the Canadian Revolving Borrowers and the Canadian Revolving Lenders that the circumstances giving rise to such notice by the Administrative Agent no longer exist, and any Notice of Borrowing given by any Canadian Revolving Borrower with respect to such Bankers' Acceptance Loans which have not been incurred shall be deemed rescinded by such Canadian Revolving Borrower" at the end of the second sentence of said Section.

  • The parties hereto agree that the provisions of Schedule 1.01(b) shall apply to all Bankers’ Acceptances, Bankers’ Acceptance Loans, Drafts and B/A Equivalent Notes created hereunder, and that the provisions of Schedule 1.01(b) shall be deemed incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if such provisions were set forth in their entirety herein.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, the Borrowers shall not be permitted to request a Bankers’ Acceptance Loan at any time a Default has occurred and is continuing (and upon such event, any outstanding Bankers’ Acceptance Loans shall be converted into Canadian Prime Rate Loans on the maturity thereof).

  • Any amount otherwise required by the terms of this Agreement to be applied to the repayment of outstanding Bankers’ Acceptance Loans shall be paid by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and held by the Administrative Agent for the account of the applicable Revolving Lenders and applied to the repayment of the applicable Bankers’ Acceptance Loans at the end of the BA Period applicable thereto.

  • To facilitate the acceptance by the Canadian Lenders of Drafts as contemplated by the Credit Agreement and this Schedule III, each Canadian Revolving Loan Borrower that wishes to incur Bankers’ Acceptance Loans shall, on the Effective Date and from time to time as required, supply each Canadian Lender with such numbers of Drafts as it may request, each executed and endorsed in blank by such Canadian Revolving Loan Borrower.

  • If no Interest Period is specified with respect to any requested Eurocurrency Borrowing or a Borrowing of Bankers’ Acceptance Loans, then the applicable Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.

  • The parties hereto agree that the provisions of Schedule 2.17 shall apply to all Bankers’ Acceptances, Bankers’ Acceptance Loans, Drafts and B/A Equivalent Notes created hereunder, and that the provisions of Schedule 2.17 shall be deemed incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if such provisions were set forth in their entirety herein.
