Acceptance Flight means the Aircraft acceptance flight in accordance with the Manufacturer’s standard flight operation check flight procedures (or such other procedure as Lessor may approve) which shall be for the duration necessary to perform such check flight procedures, but in any event not more than two (2) hours and with a maximum of two (2) Lessor representatives on board.

Examples of Acceptance Flight in a sentence

  • This MOA cancels and supersedes the previously signed agreement between the same parties with the subject Tri-Service Agreement for Support and Accomplishment of Flight Test and Acceptance, Flight Operations and Flight Safety, with an effective date of October 2016.

  • In case Buyer has notified Seller of any failure of the Aircraft to comply with the terms of this Contract in accordance with this Clause 10, and Seller has undertaken rectifying and/or modifying actions of any kind, Seller shall be obliged to perform a new Acceptance Flight Test, should Buyer reasonably request so.
