acceptance document means the deed forming part of the framework ILUA at schedule 3, as amended from time to time pursuant to the framework ILUA by which the explorer agrees to enter into the accepted exploration contract; acceptance term means the period, within the term of the framework ILUA, starting on the date of commencement of the framework ILUA and ending on the date determined in accordance with clause 2.2(d) of the framework ILUA, during which the explorer is entitled to enter into the accepted exploration contract in accordance with the provisions of clause 5.1 of the framework ILUA;
acceptance document means Air & Water’s acceptance document;
acceptance document means a Document which contains an acceptance of (i) the terms contained in a Request Document, or (ii) any new terms contained in a Rejection Document.
