Acceptance Commitment definition

Acceptance Commitment means, with respect to an Issuing Bank, the obligation of such Issuing Bank, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to create Acceptances for the account of the Borrowers.
Acceptance Commitment means, relative to the Fronting Bank, the Fronting Bank's obligation to create Acceptances pursuant to Section 2.1.2 and, with respect to each of the other Lenders, the obligations of each such Lender to participate in such Acceptances pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Acceptance Commitment means, with respect to the Issuer, the Issuer's obligation to create Acceptances pursuant to Section 2.1.3 and, with respect to each Revolving Lender, the obligation of such Lender to participate in such Acceptances pursuant to Section 2.9.2.
