Acceptable proof means any of the following:

  • Acceptable proof of payment includes, but is not necessarily limited to, a receipt or other documentation of a paid invoice, a general ledger detailing the specific revenue and expenditures, a monthly bank statement evidencing payment of the specific expenditure, bank reconciliation detail, copies of processed checks, or a printed copy of an electronic payment confirmation evidencing payment of the specific expenditure to which the reimbursement relates.

  • Acceptable proof of degree attainment includes a diploma, transcripts listing degree attainment, or an official letter stating the attainment of the degree from the degree granting institution.

  • Acceptable proof of following this procedure will include shop repair orders or purchase receipts and must accompany each Product being returned for warranty.

  • Acceptable proof of coverage must be provided to LMP prior to operating the Subscription vehicle.

  • Acceptable Collateral means the following assets of Borrowers, as long as such assets are (x) held in the Collateral Accounts, (y) subject to a first priority Lien in favor of the relevant Applicable Lender and not subject to any other Lien (other than Permitted Liens), and (z) the Collateral Requirement has been satisfied with respect thereto:

  • Acceptable Waste means Mixed Municipal Solid Waste that meets the requirements of the Facility as determined by the City and consistent with City and County solid waste ordinances, but specifically excludes Unacceptable Waste.

  • Applicable Procedures means, with respect to any transfer or exchange of or for beneficial interests in any Global Note, the rules and procedures of the Depositary, Euroclear and Clearstream that apply to such transfer or exchange.
