Accept, Accepted, Acceptance definition
Accept, Accepted, Acceptance. Means all or any portion of the Work that is approved and finally accepted by the Township or a Third Party Utility Provider following a required submission or review, or both, as and to the extent provided in the Infrastructure Project Matrix comprising Exhibit C attached hereto. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing sentence, as to a completed Infrastructure Improvement, “Accept, Accepted, or Acceptance” shall mean that the Project Manager has tested or inspected such Infrastructure Improvement and has determined that it is suitable for its intended purpose and has been constructed or installed in compliance with the applicable Final Plans and Specifications.
