Acceleration Factor definition

Acceleration Factor means the accelerated participation rate by which any positive price return of the Reference Portfolio will be multiplied, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement.

More Definitions of Acceleration Factor

Acceleration Factor means the Acceleration Factor set forth in a Participant’s Participation Notice. Cause shall mean a Participant’s (a) unauthorized use or disclosure of the Company’s confidential information or trade secrets, (b) breach of any material terms of any material agreement between the Participant and the Company, (c) material failure to comply with the Company’s written policies or rules, (d) conviction of, or plea of “guilty” or “no contest” to, a felony under the laws of the United States or any State, (e) gross negligence or willful misconduct in the scope of the Participant’s employment, (f) continuing failure to perform assigned duties after receiving written notification of the failure from the Company’s Board of Directors or (g) failure to cooperate in good faith with a governmental or internal investigation of the Company or its directors, officers or employees, if the Company has requested the Participant’s cooperation.
Acceleration Factor means for any Month the result of raising 1.0125 to the nth power, where "n" is equal to the number of whole Months separating the first day of the Month in question and the then-effective Stated Time.
Acceleration Factor means the quotient determined by dividing the Days Elapsed by 366, rounded up to the nearest whole one-hundredth.
