Accelerated Rent definition

Accelerated Rent. For the purpose of calculating all items of the additional rent component of the Accelerated Rent, Landlord may make a determination based upon such sums for the full year immediately prior to the event of default, or otherwise in Landlord's reasonable judgement; or Landlord shall have the right to insist upon and obtain specific performance of any and all terms of this Lease Agreement; and/or

Examples of Accelerated Rent in a sentence

  • As used herein, “Present Value” shall mean Accelerated Rent Amount discounted at a discount rate equal to the yield on the ten (10) year U.S. Treasury Note.

  • Landlord may then proceed to recover and collect the Present Value, as defined herein, of the Accelerated Rent Amount, and interest on said amount and other sums so sued for from Tenant by distress, levy, execution or otherwise.

  • Payment of the Accelerated Rent Amount shall be applied as a Dollar for Dollar reduction of the Lessor Advances.
