Accelerated Learning Program definition

Accelerated Learning Program or “ALP” means providing an accelerated lower basic curriculum for overage students in Grade 1 after regular school hours during the week or on weekends in designated schools with the expectation that overage students will transition to Grade 3 by the third year of Project implementation, enabling space for at-age students to enroll.

  • Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.
