CC Service or “UCaaS” means Masergy’s services for unified communications as a service implemented using session initiation protocol trunking, hosted applications and hybrid services.

Examples of CC Service in a sentence

  • Masergy may make certain Software available to Customer in connection with its CC Service.

  • Masergy may make certain software available to Customer in connection with its CC Service (the “Software”).

  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, third-party rights, TCP policies and all terms and conditions of this Agreement in connection with your use of the CC Service.

  • We have no obligation to provide any maintenance, support or other services in relation to the CC Service, including not providing any telephone assistance, documentation, error corrections, updates, upgrades, bug fixes, patches, and/or enhancements.

  • TCP and TCP Representatives and/or Third Party Service Providers will have no liability for any suggestions made or input provided to you in connection with your use of the CC Service, nor for any actions, omissions or changes you make based on such suggestions or input.

  • TCP reserves the right to update, modify, replace or sunset any of the CC Service, at any time in TCP’s sole discretion.

  • Your access to and/or use of the CC Service may also be interrupted, suspended or restricted when we provide any maintenance, support or other services in relation to the CC Service.

  • Any new CC Service or any increases to existing CC Service during the Term of this Agreement will be billed at the contract rate.
