ACC Order definition

ACC Order means the Order issued by the ACC on February 6, 2013 in Docket No. E-01933A-12-0176 (In the Matter of the Application of Tucson Electric Power Company for a Financing Order Authorizing Various Financing Transactions), Decision No. 73658.
ACC Order means Opinion and Order No. 66028 issued by the ACC on July 3, 2003.
ACC Order means the Order (Decision No. 71917) issued by the ACC on October 11, 2010 (and docketed on October 12, 2010) in Docket Nos. E-04204A-09-0582 and G-04204A-09-0582.
