  • If any LIBOR Rate Loan denominated in Sterling is required to be converted to a Base Rate Loan pursuant to Sections 3.1(d), 3.10 or any other applicable provision hereof, such Base Rate Loan shall be funded in Dollars under the Sublimit of the Domestic Borrowers (excluding ACC LEC) in an amount equal to the Dollar Amount of such LIBOR Rate Loan, all subject to the provisions of Section 3.
