ACAP definition

ACAP means the automated claim adjustment process set forth in this appendix.
ACAP means the Agreement on the Conservation of Albatrosses and Petrels done at Canberra on 19 June 2001, which entered into force on 1 February 2004;
ACAP means Acap Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its principal office in Houston, Texas, which owns 100% of the issued and outstanding stock of American Capitol Insurance Company, which in turn owns 100% of the issued and outstanding stock of Texas Imperial Life Insurance Company and Imperial Plan, Inc.

  • Within 14 days of assignment of a team, the team must develop an Attendance Corrective Action Plan (ACAP).

  • During a Protracted Outage the Reserve Banks will continue to credit payments of principal and interest on Book-Entry Securities, and debit or credit associated ACAP Claims, to the Participant’s (or its Correspondent’s) Master Account on the payment date (or the next Securities Business Day, if the payment date is not a Securities Business Day), in accordance with Operating Circular 7.

  • AC/AP and AC/MO will deal with 3'-end and 5'-end matters of alleles.

  • Such notice will only provide that an Issuer has made all of its payments of principal and/or interest due and owing on such Securities Business Day and the Reserve Banks have settled all ACAP Claims associated with such payments of principal and/or interest.

  • Credits of principal and interest payments on Book-Entry Securities and debits and credits of associated ACAP Claims to a Master Account are final, but the Participant (or its Correspondent) may not be able to view such credit or debit to its (or its Correspondent’s) Master Account or use the funds credited to settle other Reserve Bank financial services before the start of the next Fedwire Funds Service funds-transfer business day or during the Protracted Outage.

  • The Participants will not receive individual information detailing each principal and/or interest payment credited to its (or its Correspondent’s) Master Account or each ACAP Claim debited or credited to its (or its Correspondent’s) Master Account during a Protracted Outage.

  • In such a case, the Participants are responsible for making any adjustments to the settled Claim without using ACAP; the Reserve Banks will have no further obligation to try to adjust the Claim.
