The services are able to be ordered via the SSE Website Term: where the Order is for: a) Academic Year Services, one year from the Academic Year Services Commencement Date; b) Financial Year Services, one year from the Financial Year Services Commencement Date; or both Academic Year Services and Financial Year Services, one year from the later of the Academic Year Services Commencement Date and the Financial Year Services Commencement Date Termination date: either: a) the expiry of the Term; or b) the date on which this Agreement is terminated in accordance with these Conditions Traded Services: the Academic Year Services and the Financial Year Services or any of them
Academy order. Means an order made pursuant to section 4 of the Academies Xxx 0000. Agreement: These Conditions together with the Customer’s Order Any other Defined Year Service: Any Traded Service which is provided on an annual basis calculated other than in terms of the Academic or Financial Year.

Examples of Academy order in a sentence

  • Where maintained schools apply to convert to Academies under section 3 of the Academies Act 2010 and an Academy order is made under section 4, those existing staff who are already members of the LGPS by virtue of the Administration Regulations would not be affected by the conversion.

  • An Academy order in respect of a school is an order for the purpose of enabling the school to be converted into an Academy.

  • Section 4 of the Act provides that the Secretary of State may make an Academy order in respect of a maintained school in England, if the governing body of the school make an application under section 3.

  • If an Academy order is made in respect of a school, the Secretary of State must give a copy of the order to: (a) the governing body and head teacher of the school, and (b) the local authority.

  • Despite section 568(1) of EA 1996 (orders to be made by statutory instrument) (as applied by section 17(4) of this Act) the power of the Secretary of State to make an Academy order is not required to be exercised by statutory instrument.

  • An Academy order may include incidental, consequential, supplemental and transitional provision.

  • But this section does not apply if an Academy order under section 4(A1) or (1)(b) has effect in respect of the school.

  • This section applies if an Academy order has effect in respect of a school.

  • Preliminary Order means the order proposed by the Settling Parties and approved by the Court in connection with the Motion for Entry of the Preliminary Order to be filed by Class Representatives through Class Counsel, as described in Paragraph 3.2 and in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2.

  • Issuing Entity Order or “Issuing Entity Request” means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuing Entity by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
