Academic Researcher definition

Academic Researcher means someone who is a Member of the Institutions and whose appointment contemplates that they will conduct research and be responsible for the publication or other dissemination of the results of that research or be responsible for teaching of Students. Examples of Academic Researcher in a sentence

  • When certification is required by the University, such requirement shall be submitted to the Academic Researcher in writing.

  • Prior to the initiation of a medical separation review, the Department Chair, ▇▇▇▇, or unit head, with the assistance of the campus Disability Management office (or equivalent), shall attempt to consult with the Academic Researcher who is being considered for a medical separation review.

  • The duration, terms of the leave and the date of return are determined when the leave is granted, and shall be communicated to the Academic Researcher, in accordance with the provisions of this Article.

  • For an Academic Researcher disabled by pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical condition, no eligibility requirements apply, such as minimum hours worked or length of service.
