Academic Programme/ Programme definition

Academic Programme/ Programme means programme of study leading to a PhD, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, Diploma, Certificate etc. It means cohesive arrangement of courses, co-curricular and extracurricular activities to accomplish predetermined objectives leading to the awarding of a degree.

Related to Academic Programme/ Programme

  • the Programme means the programme leading to the Degree of Master of Laws – LL.M – in International Maritime Law;

  • Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.1 (iii);

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Video programmer means a person or entity that provides video programming to end-user

  • Phase 4 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product conducted after Regulatory Approval of such Product has been obtained from an appropriate Regulatory Authority, which trial is (a) conducted voluntarily by a Party to enhance marketing or scientific knowledge of the Product, or (b) conducted due to a request or requirement of a Regulatory Authority.
