Academic Performance definition

Academic Performance. You are responsible for maintaining a Standard of Academic Performance of 67.5%. If you fall below this standard for two consecutive months, your benefits will be placed on probation. VA benefits will be suspended if you fall below satisfactory progress for three consecutive months. Probation and Suspension notices will be sent via email. Overpayment: If you receive any VA payment for time that you are not scheduled for class, this will be considered an overpayment, and you will need to repay the VA. This includes any breaks of 7 or more days, leave of absence, graduations, and withdrawals.
Academic Performance means the annual subject score of a high school student for the last one to three years. The ‘high school students’ means a student from grade 9 to 12. These students can be from middle or higher secondary schools.

Examples of Academic Performance in a sentence

  • The second section of the Academic Performance Framework captures the work that schools are doing to add value to their school community or the education system at large.

  • For each measure included in its Academic Performance Framework, schools will set targets for each year of their contract.

  • In the event the multi-year Academic Performance Rate “APR” (as defined by the NCAA) for the Program is the minimum APR multi-year score established by the NCAA (current minimum score is 930) in any one contract year, LSU agrees to pay EMPLOYEE Academic Incentive Compensation in the amount of $5,000 for that contract year.

  • Failure to meet the standard(s) set forth in an Academic Performance Indicator is not a “material violation” as defined in ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, §22-8B-12(K)(1).

Related to Academic Performance

  • human performance means human capabilities and limitations which have an impact on the safety and efficiency of aeronautical operations;

  • Final Performance means the Final Valuation Price divided by the Initial Price(Settlement) each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of the Final Valuation Date. "Final Valuation Date" means 29 November 2027, subject to adjustment.
