  • Until a product is covered under the ACAA, the relevant existing legislation of the Parties shall apply to it, taking into account the provisions of the TBT Agreement.

  • The ACAA will provide that trade between the Parties in goods in the sectors that it covers shall take place under the same conditions as those applying to trade in such goods between the Member States of the European Union.
