CONTRACTOR shall provide inmates access to courts in compliance with the ACA Standards and the United States Constitution.
CONTRACTOR shall at all times provide sufficient trained staff to provide for and maintain the security, control, custody, and supervision of inmates of the Facility in compliance with applicable court orders, the ACA Standards, and this Contract.
