ACA Standards definition

ACA Standards means the American Correctional Association's Performance-Based Standards for Adult Community Residential Services (fourth edition).
ACA Standards. The term "ACA Standards" means the standards established and amended from time to time by ACA for medium security adult correctional facilities.
ACA Standards means the most recent edition of Standards for Adult Community Residential Services published by the American Correctional Association, ▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street, Suite 200, Alexandria, VA 22314; (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, as the standards may be modified, amended, or supplemented in the future.

  • CONTRACTOR shall provide inmates access to courts in compliance with the ACA Standards and the United States Constitution.

More Definitions of ACA Standards

ACA Standards means the current Standards for Adult Correctional Institutions as heretofore supplemented and as the same may be modified, amended, or supplemented in the future, published by the ACA.
ACA Standards means standards adopted by the ACA regarding architectural and related matters, including, without limitation, architectural design, placement of improvements, landscaping, color schemes, exterior finishes and materials and similar features which may be either recommended or required by the ACA for use within the Property.
ACA Standards means the Standards for Juvenile Correction Institution Standards (Third Edition, January 1990, as hereto supplemented and as the same may be modified, amended, or supplemented in the future) published by the ACA.
ACA Standards means the Standards For Adult Local Detention Facilities (Second Edition, April 1981, as heretofore supplemented and as same may be modified, amended, supplemented, or supplanted in the future) published by ACA.
ACA Standards means ACA’s standards, including its Manual for Food Service Programs, 1st Edition.

  • PCI Standards means the applicable Data Security Standards published by the PCI Security Standards Council.

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).
